We had specific dates and various logistics for our family to travel to Peru Arequipa and Machu Picchu. With our family coming from several different states and arriving on different dates and limited time to see and visit a long list of sights and remote areas. Lisa put planned our trip to Machu Picchu to remote villages and areas in South Peru all the way through Cuszco, Machu Picchu and Lima. The drivers and guides Lisa arranged for us allowed us to learn about the local culture and history as we enjoyed our surroundings. The hotels she booked were in very agreeable pleasant converted monasteries with unique architecture and perfect for our family. It was planned and implemented perfectly for us. When we went to South America, we contacted Lisa at Great Escapes Travel for help with our travel plans and we absolutely loved the trip she planned for us. She arranged for us to ride on the historic Hyrum Bingham train up to Machu Picchu, which was a highlight of our trip. She also arranged for a stay at a lovely historic monastery in Peru.
